2 packs of your favourite Indomie Mi Goreng noodles
1/3 cup prawns
1 carrot, diced
1/4 cup frozen peas (thawed)
4 eggs, whisked (to wrap the noodles)
2 hard boiled eggs, cut in half
1 tomato, sliced
1 Tbsp butter or cooking oil
Prepare Indomie Mi Goreng as per directions using all the seasonings (chilli optional).
Heat butter, stir-fry prawns, add diced carrot and peas, stir fry until cooked.
Mix the noodles in.
Cook the whisked egg into a thin layer of omelette to wrap the noodles. Place the omelette on a wide plate, place noodles on the omelette, fold and wrap it into a square shape, then carefully turn it over. Cut out a heart shape in the middle of the omelette.
Garnish with lettuce, tomato and hard boiled eggs.
